Privacy policy

MBM Software Development ("MBM", "we") runs mbm-group.se and its subdomains, the MBM Account sign-in service (account.mbm-group.se) and a small set of apps and bots built by us (for example Job Finder and SahamYar). This policy explains what data we handle and why.

Data we collect

Account data – when you sign in with Google or e-mail: your name, e-mail address and profile picture, and (if you link it) your Telegram ID.
Content you give an app – for example a résumé or job preferences in Job Finder.
Technical data – IP address, browser type and basic usage statistics (Google Analytics) to keep the sites working and to see how they are used.

Google user data

If you choose to connect your Gmail account to Job Finder, we request gmail.readonly and gmail.send. We use them only to (a) find job-related e-mail (applications, recruiter replies, LinkedIn messages) and show its status in your tracker and (b) send an e-mail you ask the app to send. We store a short snippet and the classification of those e-mails and an encrypted access token. We never sell Google user data, never use it for advertising, never use it to train general AI models, and no person at MBM reads it except as needed to fix a problem you report. MBM's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect Gmail at any time in the app (the token is revoked and the stored mail items are deleted) or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

How we use data

To provide and secure the services, to sign you in, to answer support requests and to improve the apps. Some text you submit may be processed by AI models through our own AI service; private content such as e-mail is not sent to public AI providers.

Sharing and storage

We do not sell your data. It is stored on our own servers in the EU. We share data only with processors needed to run the service (hosting, Google for sign-in and Analytics) or when the law requires it.

Retention and your rights

We keep data while your account exists. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by writing to info@mbm-group.se; we answer within 30 days.
